Roots Motion is proud to present a special concert with the Fred Nardin Trio, featuring the incredible Or Baraket on bass, and legendary drummer Leon Parker.

Based in Paris, Fred Nardin (www. fredericnardin.com) is one of France’s most advanced and most beloved jazz musicians. A prolific young pianist with immense talent, vision and versatility, Nardin is one of the most in demand sidemen in Paris, working with Stefano Di Battista, Jesse Davis, Didier Lockwood, Joe Sanders, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Veronica Swift and Cecile McLorin Salvant.

Nardin has shared the stage for many years with one of the most brilliant and enigmatic musicians in Jazz, drummer Leon Parker. With his minimalist approach and stripped down drum kit, Parker became a star in the 1990s, only to vanish from the jazz scene for 15 years. Parker’s return to jazz has found him at the peak of his powers, playing in the bands of Brad Mehldau, Peter Bernstein and Aaron Goldber.

Rounding out the trio is first call New York City bassist Or Bareket an alumni of the bands Chris Potter, Ari Hoenig, Gilad Hekselman, and many more.

For this very special event there will be a cover charge of 10 euro.
