Alto saxophonist Vincent Herring is one of the leading jazz musicians of his generation. With a bright and beautiful tone, a deeply authentic and soulful delivery, he brings the feeling of jazz with him everywhere he plays. Among many many others, Herring has performed and recorded with Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers, The Horace Silver Quintet, Freddie Hubbard, Dizzy Gillespie, Louis Hayes, Cedar Walton, Kenny Barron, and Nancy Wilson. Joining will be journeyman bassist Essiet Essiet, whose credits also include work with Art Blakey, Cedar Walton, Freddie Hubbard and Kenny Barron, plus Kenny Garret, Kurt Elling, Benny Golson and many more. Rounding out the band are the exceptional young pianist Urs Hager, and the great veteran drummer Joris Dudli. Not to be missed!
